Credit Cards
We accept credit cards and ACH as forms of payment. A 2.9% surcharge is applied to all credit card transactions. ACH payments are accepted at no additional cost. Please ensure that the billing address and telephone number you provide match the information associated with your payment method. Inaccurate information may result in delays in processing your order.

Multiple Product Orders
For orders containing multiple products, we will make every effort to ship all items together. Any items unavailable at the time of shipment will be shipped as they become available, unless you instruct us otherwise. You will only be charged for items included in each shipment, along with any applicable shipping fees. The full shipping charge quoted at the time of purchase will be applied to the first shipment of a multiple-shipment order.
Order Acceptance Policy
Receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not constitute acceptance of your order, nor does it represent a confirmation of our offer to sell. Medic Supplier reserves the right, at any time after receiving your order, to accept, decline, or fulfill a lesser quantity than ordered, for any reason.
Other Conditions
These terms and conditions supersede any terms or conditions submitted with any purchase order, regardless of whether Medic Supplier has signed them. Medic Supplier reserves the right to modify this site and these terms at any time without prior notice.
Out-of-Stock Products
We will ship your product as soon as it becomes available. Most products ship by the next business day. However, if an item you have ordered is out of stock, your order may be delayed. We will notify you promptly of any out-of-stock items. You may cancel your order at any time prior to shipment.
Back Orders
If an item is on backorder, you will be notified with an estimated restock and shipping date. You may choose to wait for the item, request a substitution, or cancel that portion of your order. Backordered items will ship automatically once available unless we are instructed otherwise. No additional shipping charges will be applied to backordered items if your original order already included shipping fees.

Returns
We accept returns for items that are defective due to manufacturing or workmanship issues, as well as items shipped incorrectly due to fulfillment errors.
In accordance with FDA guidelines, we are unable to accept returns on any medical products or devices that have left our chain of custody. Once shipped, we can no longer guarantee the sterility, integrity, or regulatory compliance of these items. This policy exists to ensure patient safety and maintain the highest standards of product quality.
Shipping Policy
Most orders ship the next business day, provided the item is in stock. Orders are not processed or shipped on Saturdays or Sundays, except by prior arrangement.
Please note that shipping and transit times provided by Medic Supplier or any third party are estimates only. We encourage you to place your order in advance to avoid delays related to shipping or product availability.
Taxes
Medic Supplier will automatically calculate and collect applicable sales tax for orders delivered to addresses within states or provinces where we maintain a taxable presence. For orders shipped to other locations, the customer is solely responsible for any applicable sales taxes or other taxes.
Typographical Errors
In the event that a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical error or a pricing error from our suppliers, Medic Supplier reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed at the incorrect price. This applies whether or not the order has been confirmed or payment has been processed. If your payment has already been charged and your order is subsequently canceled, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method.
