Affiliate Program — Terms & Conditions

This Agreement sets out the Terms and Conditions that apply to every individual or entity that joins the Medic Supplier Affiliate Program. As used in this Agreement, “we,” “us,” or “our” refers to Medic Supplier and any of its affiliated companies, and “you” refers to the applicant or enrolled affiliate. In the event of a breach of this Agreement, Medic Supplier reserves the right to terminate the affiliate enrollment, freeze affiliate earnings, and refuse any withdrawal requests, at the sole discretion of the company.

Enrolling in the Medic Supplier Affiliate Program

Any contractually capable individual or entity that accepts and adheres to the terms of this Agreement is eligible to enroll in the Medic Supplier Affiliate Program.

1. Advertisement Restrictions

Medic Supplier prohibits participation from websites deemed unsuitable for the Affiliate Program for legal, ethical, or reputational reasons. This includes, but is not limited to, websites that:

Contain pornographic or sexually explicit content
Glorify violence, contain material harmful to minors, or defame or discriminate against any individual or group based on religion, race, disability, or any other characteristic
Contain racist, sexist, or otherwise hateful content
Infringe upon the intellectual property rights of others
Use variations of the Medic Supplier logo or any other Medic Supplier trademark without authorization
Violate any applicable local, national, or international law

It is strictly prohibited to send unsolicited bulk emails (spam) containing links to Medic Supplier without the prior consent of recipients.

2. Order Processing

All orders placed through your personalized affiliate link will be processed by Medic Supplier or one of its contracted partners. Medic Supplier reserves the right to reject or cancel any order prior to processing. Only orders that have been fully processed and dispatched will be recorded as confirmed sales in your affiliate history. In the event of fraudulent transactions, including but not limited to credit card chargebacks, Medic Supplier reserves the right to reverse any previously credited affiliate commissions. You will receive access to affiliate reports summarizing your sales activity via email.

3. Referral Commissions

Medic Supplier will pay referral commissions upon the successful completion of a qualifying sale, in accordance with our current Affiliate Rate schedule. Please note that all commission rates are subject to change at any time without prior notice. Discrepancies between the published rate chart and actual affiliate earnings may occasionally occur. Please refer to each individual product page for the most up-to-date affiliate earnings information. You must be logged in with a registered affiliate account to access this information.

Affiliate commissions are calculated based on the total product value only and do not include shipping charges.

You are strictly prohibited from purchasing products through your own affiliate link for personal use, resale, or any commercial purpose. This includes purchases made for customers, on behalf of customers, or for use by yourself, friends, relatives, or associates in any capacity. Such purchases may result in the withholding of referral commissions and/or the termination of this Agreement, at the sole discretion of Medic Supplier.

4. Compliance with Laws

By participating in the Medic Supplier Affiliate Program, you agree to comply with all applicable laws, ordinances, rules, regulations, permits, licenses, judgments, and other requirements of any governmental authority with jurisdiction over you, whether currently in effect or enacted during the term of your participation in the program.

5. Term of the Agreement

This Agreement becomes effective upon Medic Supplier’s acceptance of your affiliate application and remains in effect until terminated by either party. Either party may terminate this Agreement at any time, with or without cause, by providing written notice to the other party. Referral commissions will no longer be earned or paid following the termination of this Agreement.

6. Modification

Medic Supplier reserves the right to modify this Agreement, including commission rates and program guidelines, at any time and at its sole discretion, by posting an updated version on the Medic Supplier website. If you find any modification unacceptable, you must terminate your participation in the Affiliate Program.

7. Limitation of Liability

Medic Supplier shall not be liable for any indirect, special, or consequential damages — including any loss of revenue, profits, or data — arising in connection with this Agreement or the Affiliate Program, even if Medic Supplier has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Furthermore, Medic Supplier’s total aggregate liability under this Agreement and the Affiliate Program shall not exceed the total referral commissions paid or payable to you under this Agreement.
